Serial entrepreneur and veteran direct marketing executive Russell (Rusty) Rahm founded Publishers Renewal Service Company (PRS) in 1996. Operating Shawnee, Kansas-based PRS under the name Millennium Marketing, he effectuated rapid business growth, and by 2000 he had consolidated a considerable share of the marketplace with the company’s purchase of Budget Marketing, Inc (BMI). Prior to forming PRS, Russell Rahm spent ten years with BMI in sales representative and national sales manager positions. He earned several Marketing Executive of the Year Awards at BMI, where he directed all aspects of the sales program, including management of on- and offsite teams.

Most recently, Rusty Rahm formed Leading Edge Technology Strategies (LETS) out of the acquisition of Connexsus, LLC. He serves as president and CEO of LETS, overseeing the company’s provision of call center, data management, e-commerce and other directing marketing services to clients around the world.

Balancing his professional pursuits, Rusty Rahm enjoys going boating and spending time with his wife and two children. He also supports fundraisers that benefit the Greater Kansas City Better Business Bureau and its resources for consumers and businesses in the Kansas City metro area.
